EVENTS

- Harvest Festival 2024: The Harvest Festival will be held in Belgrade Lakes this year on October 5, from 10 a.m. to 3p.m. This is our largest event of the year, and many volunteers are needed on this fun and festive day in the Village. Here are some of the opportunities to lend a hand…
- Craft Table – If you enjoy doing crafts and have items to share, please do share them. Stay tuned for a possible Craft Day coming up in September.
- Bake Shop – We are grateful for donations of baked goods: quick breads, home-made breads, smaller-size cakes and pies, cookies, etc.
- Harvest Kitchen – Homemade soups for the freezer (containers available here at the church), preserved items (jams, jellies, pickles, etc.)
- Silent Auction – Carol Johnson will be coordinating this as an online auction on Bidding Owl. Please contact her if you have ideas for silent auction items, or are willing to contact businesses for donations.
- Brats and Hot Dogs – Grillers are needed to keep these coming throughout the festival, and so volunteers are needed in shifts.
- It’s not too early to start getting ready… crafting, baking, preserving, cooking soup (that can be frozen), securing Silent Auction donations. If you have any questions, please contact the church office by phone or e-mail! And watch for volunteer sign-up sheets!
